Sculptural Cakes

Cakes are made from a very rich, 100% organic ingredients fruit mixture, which is saturated in high quality brandy and matured for three months. Decorations are hand made from best quality marzipan and flower paste, some with 18 carat gold leaf. Each design is specific to the individual recipient.

I consider cakes to be art forms, and since they are three dimensional I categorise them as sculpture. Sculptural cakes symbolise transience and impermanence in yet another way.
